Mud shear pump working principle
WJQ5×6J shear pump seal adopts very reliable mechanical seal to ensure no leakage. The pump is equipped with a 300mm stainless steel turbine (with guide vanes, impellers, 44 nozzles, 4 collection chambers), and a shear plate, which can produce a small end shear (liquid shear) of more than 25.4m/s. When the liquid flows through the shear pump, half (50%) of the liquid will be sheared twice under the strong push of the turbine collection chamber. The turbo shear pump is installed on a special base and driven by a belt pulley, a narrow V-belt and an explosion-proof motor. A ZHP150 mixing funnel of suitable size is used in conjunction with the shear pump, which forms a perfect shear and water Cooperative system. Due to the improvement of the pump shaft seal, its life is greatly increased.
