The mud mixing system of our company is mainly composed of several mud tanks with agitators. The tanks are connected in parallel through rubber hoses, and they can be   used separately through valves. The jet mixing device is connected to one of the tanks, which can suck mud from any tank, mix it and discharge it into any tank, and the configured mud is finally input to the drilling rig for recycling through the mud pump.

The shape of the mud tank is welded by corrugated structural steel plate and section steel. It has good strength, is not easy to deform, and can withstand large tension. The bottom is made of channel steel, the top is made of non-slip mesh plate, and the upper and lower boxes have ladders, which ensure the safety, convenience and long service life of the construction. There is a mud agitator on the top of the tank, a mud gun inside the tank, and a jet mixing device on the side of the tank.
