The mud separator is a mud purification device used in construction engineering, bridge pile foundation engineering, underground tunnel shield engineering and trenchless engineering construction.
Mud separator treatment process: the waste mud is transported by the pumping pump to the mud vibrating screen of the recovery system for coarse and fine two-stage desanding, and then enters the cyclone for further desilting and purification. After the mud purification treatment is completed, it enters the mud pump for circulating use.

After separation, the sludge content of the wastewater is less than 3%, which can ensure the use of mud for cleaning, pouring, and wall protection under the above construction conditions. The sand content is less than 15% and can be sold directly.
The cyclone used in the mud-water separator is customized by the manufacturer. It can be adjusted multiple times at 20 degrees, 15 degrees, and 8 degrees, and can be adjusted for different materials and concentrations to achieve the separation effect.
