HYQ series Mud gas separator is the professional equipment to process the gas cut drilling mud. It is mainly used to remove big bubbles in gas drilling fluid which are larger than 3mm in diameter .The proportion and viscosity of the gas cut mud will arouses large deviation because it can not meet the requirement of drilling. More seriously, it will result in kick, even blowout accident occurred. If mud gas separator is combined with ignition device to use, it can process the gas-cut drilling mud effectively and timely.
In the well site，Mud gas separator’s mud outlet connect shale shaker of solids control system. After separator of mud into the shakers, recycle use;Mud gas separator’s gas outlet connect vertical igniter,The gas is lit outside the wellsite.
