Mud Tank Mud Gun

Mud tank mud gun, also known as drilling fluid gun, is used in the mud solids control system. It is mainly used in the drilling mud circulation system to wash and agitate the dead corners in the drilling fluid circulation tank that cannot be stirred by the mud mixer, and to control the drilling fluid in the circulation tank. Fully stirring and mixing, so that the solid particles in the drilling fluid are evenly suspended, which facilitates the classification and separation of the drilling fluid purification system at all levels, and prevents the mud from settling in the drilling mud tank. At the same time, the mud gun can also be used in conjunction with the drilling fluid mud shear pump. It is used in the mud system as the mud transport between the silo and the silo. It can combine and coordinate the drilling fluid mud of each solids control system to make the entire solids control system become a unified whole.

The drilling fluid gun is independently produced by our company for the ZJ drilling rig's mud solids control system. It is mainly used in the drilling fluid mud circulation system. At the same time, the equipment can also be used with the drilling fluid mud shear pump to prevent the mud from being in the drilling mud tank. It is a special tool for sedimentation, which can effectively prevent the sedimentation of mud in the dead corner of the mud tank. The device has simple structure, flexible operation and convenient use. It is an ideal solids control device to prevent mud precipitation.

The drilling mud gun is also called the drilling fluid gun. The main function of the drilling mud gun is to perform high-pressure spray mixing in the mud tank, flush and stir the dead corners in the drilling fluid circulation tank that cannot be stirred by the mud mixer, and fully stir the mud in the mud tank. Mixing makes the solid particles in the drilling fluid evenly suspended, facilitates the classification and separation of mud purification equipment at all levels, and prevents solid phase precipitation in the corners of the mud tank and the suction inlet of each pump. It can also be used to transport mud between bins.

Drilling mud guns are mainly divided into two types, high pressure and low pressure, and are generally placed on the top of the mud tank. High-pressure drilling mud guns have small displacement and high pressure, and generally have drilling pumps to supply liquid. Low-pressure drilling mud guns are generally supplied by mud pumps, with large displacement and low pressure.

The use of drilling mud gun needs to pay attention to the following two aspects:

2. Pay attention to adjust the size of the gate valve in real time according to the density of the mud.
