Product Description
The cylinder liner is the core component of the mud pump, which has the functions of storing mud, bearing pressure and completing the suction and discharge of mud. Because the cylinder liner is in direct contact with the mud, it is easy to be worn and corroded by the tiny sand particles, acid, and lye in the mud during work. As a result, the inner diameter of the cylinder liner becomes larger, the seal between the cylinder liner and the piston leaks, and the pressure decreases, till cylinder liner is scrapped. Cylinder liners are non-reusable disposable parts that are easily damaged, and their life span directly affects the normality of the drilling rig and the cost of drilling.
Common mud pump cylinder liners are of the following types: single-metal cylinder liners, bi-metal cylinder liners, ceramic cylinder liners, and nickel-based alloy cylinder liners.

Outer sleeve: raw material inspection-outer jacket rough processing-rough turning outer circle-rough turning inner hole-hot fitting (hot fitting with the inner sleeve) ---- boring inner hole- ---fine grinding----finish turning
Inner sleeve: centrifugal casting ---- annealing treatment ---- rough turning outer circle ---- rough turning inner hole ---- semi-finishing turning outer circle ---- quenching ---- non-destructive testing --- -hot fit (hot fit with outer sleeve)
