Recently, one HDZS6216 Double Deck Shale Shaker manufactured by our company has successfully completed production, assembly, testing, and final inspection. The equipment is now ready for shipment to a Turkmenistan oilfield project, where it will serve as an important component of the drilling fluid solids control system.
As one of the primary solids control units in a drilling fluid circulation system, the HDZS6216 is designed to efficiently remove drilled cuttings from drilling mud at the first stage of solids separation. Its double-deck screening configuration provides a larger effective screening area and enables efficient separation under demanding drilling conditions.
The HDZS6216 adopts an elliptical vibration trajectory, providing effective movement and separation of drilling cuttings across the screen surface. With a total screening area of 6.2 m² and a maximum processing capacity of ≥40 L/s, the shaker is well suited for continuous drilling fluid processing.
The equipment is equipped with frame-type screens with a mesh range of 40–210 mesh, allowing the screening configuration to be selected according to different drilling formations, mud properties, and solids-control requirements.
The screen box angle can also be adjusted from -1° to +4°, allowing operators to optimize solids conveyance and screening performance according to actual operating conditions.

The HDZS6216 consists mainly of the base assembly, screen box assembly, screen box angle adjustment assembly, anti-splash assembly, mud box assembly, and electrical control system.
The screen box is supported by four rubber springs mounted on the left and right beams of the angle adjustment assembly. This structure forms a typical spring-mass vibration system, helping maintain stable vibration during continuous operation.
The optimized vibration structure enables the shaker to effectively transport drilled cuttings across the screening surface while separating solids from drilling fluid. This helps reduce the solids burden on downstream equipment and contributes to improved overall solids control performance.
The equipment being delivered to Turkmenistan is designed to operate reliably in demanding oilfield environments.
The HDZS6216 features an ExdⅡBT4 explosion-proof configuration and IP55 electrical protection, providing suitable protection for oilfield drilling applications.
Its specified operating conditions include an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +50°C and relative humidity of up to 95%, allowing the equipment to adapt to a wide range of field conditions.
These characteristics make the HDZS6216 particularly suitable for applications where equipment reliability, continuous operation, and safe electrical performance are essential.
To ensure reliable operation at the customer's project site, the shaker underwent a series of manufacturing and quality-control procedures before shipment.
The inspection covered the main structural components, screen box assembly, vibration system, electrical control system, screen installation, overall dimensions, and operating performance. After final assembly and testing, the equipment passed the factory acceptance inspection and was approved for shipment.
The completed HDZS6216 will now be transported to the Turkmenistan oilfield project, providing the customer with an efficient solution for drilling fluid solids separation.
With extensive experience in the design and manufacture of drilling fluid processing equipment, our company provides a comprehensive range of oilfield solids control equipment, including shale shakers, mud cleaners, desanders, desilters, vacuum degassers, mud agitators, sand pumps, jet mud mixers, mud mixing hoppers, mud tanks, and complete solids control systems.
The successful completion of this HDZS6216 Double Deck Shale Shaker further demonstrates our manufacturing capabilities and commitment to supplying reliable equipment for international drilling projects.
