Product Description
Drilling mud agitator is one of the main equipment in the oil drilling fluid solids control system and horizontal directional drilling mud purification system. It is mainly used for stirring and mixing of drilling fluid. Under the stirring of the agitator, the strong up and down convection can maintain the uniformity of the drilling fluid and keep the suspension of the solid particles, so as to prevent the solid particles of the drilling fluid from depositing in the tank circulation system. It plays a very important role in accelerating the reaction, dissolution and wetting of the drilling fluid materials (bentonite, barite) and chemical additives.

2. Explosion-proof motor phase combination, suitable for working in harsh outdoor conditions
3. The explosion-proof motor and the input shaft of the reducer are directly connected through an elastic coupling, and the rotation speed of the stirring impeller is constant
4. The stirring intensity is large, the spreading range is wide, and the structure design avoids the phenomenon of current overload when the motor is started
5. Double-layer impeller design, more adequate mixing. The explosion-proof motor is placed horizontally, which is very convenient for installation, adjustment or replacement.

Applications and Results
Mud agitators are widely used in oil and gas drilling, geological exploration, and other fields.
1. Mud preparation: Before drilling, raw materials such as water, clay, and chemical treatment agents are mixed and agitated to create drilling mud that meets the required specifications.
2. Preventing sedimentation: During the drilling process, the mud is continuously agitated to prevent solid particles from settling and maintain uniform and stable mud properties.
3. Mud property adjustment: By agitating, the added treatment agent is evenly dispersed, thereby adjusting mud properties such as density, viscosity, and water loss.
