What to pay attention to during the use of the vibrating screen can reduce the occurrence of failures?

The screen should be prevented from being scratched by the wire rope, shovel or other sharp objects during handling and use, and it is strictly forbidden to pile up or stand on the screen.

The vibrating screen excitation motor does not require maintenance under normal conditions, and the oil can be changed every 3000h or a year and a half. The special grease recommended by the manufacturer should be used for maintenance.

Wash the screen surface and the inside of the screen box with water (in summer) or steam (in winter) at least once per shift. The screen and the screen box should be kept clean and normal movement characteristics, and there should be no excessive deposits.

Due to the vibration of the excitation motor, the motor wiring is required to be firm and reliable, otherwise the joints will loosen, short-circuit and burn out the motor stator coil.

Check whether the connecting bolts between the excitation motor and the bottom plate are loose once a week, and check the tension and damage of the screen once every shift.
