Inline desilters are also called bottomless screen desilters. Inline desilters are designed to remove solids with particle sizes of 20~74μm from drilling fluids. Inline desilters are simple to operate and easy to maintain. Inline desilters are available in a variety of sizes, up to 20 cone models, and the number of cones available depends on the machine type.
HL Petroleum polyurethane hydrocyclones offer capacity in a 4" cone while providing customers with an economical replacement for older, less efficient equipment. HL Petroleum's unique one-piece construction eliminates superfluous parts and joints where excessive wear can occur. HL Petroleum 4" desilter cones come with ceramic inserts for high-end service.
