This type of system is used in oil drilling rigs, work-over rigs, and natural gas drilling rigs. The Features of HL Petroleum mud system for ZJ70 rig
* The mud tank body usually adopts a skid-mounted corrugated structure, which is welded with steel plate and steel section. The materials meet the standard of the international oilfield industry. The tank side is 8mm steel plate (Q235), the tank bottom steel plate is 10mm (Q235), and the partition plate is 8mm (Q235). The base is welded with HM300*300*10*15 H steel (Q235) cross beams (four paths) and HM300*300*10*15 H steel longitudinal beams (Q235). The tilted design of the tank bottom effectively prevents mud deposition and easy to clean.
* The layout of the solid control equipment is reasonable, reaching the five-level purification standard (shale shaker, degasser, desander, desilter, centrifuge). And mud mixing unit is designed to maximize the optimization of mud performance.
* The tank surface is made of galvanized steel grating and patterned cover, which is light, corrosion-resistant, and easy for workers to observe and operate.
* The tank body is connected with pneumatic union and fiberglass pipe, which is easy to install and reliable in sealing.
* The whole process can meet the needs of the equipment process flow, the pipeline layout is reasonable, and different units have the dual functions of complementary and independent work.
