The vehicle-mounted drilling fluid solids control system, also known as mobile solids control system, can be installed on various forms of trailers, such as tire trailers, skid trailers, etc. The system generally consists of vehicle-mounted mud tanks, shale shakers, vacuum degasser, desander and desilter mud cleaner, decanter centrifuge, centrifugal sand pumps, shear pump, mud agitator and mixer, mud mixing and weighting device, and electrical control system. Based on the mobility of the trailer, the solids control system can be moved back and forth at each well site, facilitating overall migration and saving floor space.
The vehicle-mounted solid control system is widely used in oil and gas work over projects and XJ350-XJ750 workover rigs.
