HL Petroleum exports 2 sets of foldable mud gas separators to Pakistan

HYQ series atmospheric pressure mud gas separator is a degassing equipment designed by HL Petroleum for gas intrusion into drilling fluid. It is the primary treatment equipment of the drilling fluid solid control system, usually set before the mud shaker, used to remove large bubbles with a diameter greater than 3mm in the drilling fluid to stabilize the performance of the drilling fluid and ensure drilling safety.

This time, we designed and produced 2 sets of foldable mud gas separators HYQ1200 according to the requirements of Pakistani customers. The equipment can be folded 90° during transportation and can be erected and fixed with the help of a crane when in use. The large base below is to increase the contact area, which is conducive to reducing the foundation load. Exhaust pipe brackets are designed on both sides of the skid-mounted base, which can hold 10 pipes with a total length of 50 meters. The overall structural design is reasonable and compact, which can effectively help customers save transportation costs. The cylinder diameter of the mud gas separator is 1200mm, the tank volume is 4m3, the working pressure is 1.0MPa, the daily liquid processing volume can reach 8000m3, and the daily degassing volume can reach 150000m3.
