Gasoline Engine Slurry Mixing System

HHX-15-Q gasoline engine slurry mixing system is a new type of slurry mixing system of our company. It is a slurry mixing system specially customized for our Saudi users for use in trenchless tunnel construction sites. This device is a special equipment for preparing or weighting drilling mud. It can disperse and evenly add drilling fluid materials such as bentonite, barite, polymer, etc. into the drilling fluid, thereby changing important performance parameters such as mud density, viscosity, and water loss.

This slurry mixing system mainly consists of a 15m³ (4000 gallon) mud tank, a Honda brand gasoline engine mud pump and a jet slurry mixing funnel. The processing capacity can reach 132m³/h. The pump casing is made of aluminum alloy, and the impeller and flow-through parts are made of ductile iron. It has strong wear and corrosion resistance and can transport sand-containing mud. The tank is also equipped with an anti-sedimentation injection system.

We use corrugated structure for mud tanks, and the base uses national standard I-beam as the bottom beam. The two ends are equipped with hanging shafts to make a ship-shaped skid-mounted structure, which can meet the needs of short-distance dragging on site, and can also be hoisted and transported. The top of the tank is paved with anti-skid steel plates to ensure the safety of personnel. There are also manholes on the tank surface for personnel to observe the liquid level and overhaul. The tank side is equipped with a level gauge to facilitate operators to observe the liquid level in real time and replenish or discharge mud in time!

This slurry mixing system not only has the function of adding materials, but also has the functions of conveying and mixing mud. It can be said to be a multi-purpose machine. The biggest feature of this system is that it uses a gasoline engine as power, without an external power supply, which greatly reduces the problem of electricity consumption in field construction. It only needs to add gasoline on time to use it, which increases the convenience of on-site construction!
